Meet Dr. Gandhi

PAST

Dr. Aastha Gandhi was born in India but raised in Toronto, Canada where she learned how to say "sorry" and survive snowstorms. She moved to the beautiful Destin, Florida at the age of 12. She can speak English, French, Gujarati and Hindi.

​​​​​​​Dr. Gandhi attended the University of Florida for her Bachelor's in Microbiology degree. She also completed a Master's degree in Medical Sciences at University of South Florida in Tampa, Florida and went on to pursue her Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Midwestern University in Chicago, Illinois. After graduating, she moved back to Florida and married her boyfriend of 8 years beachside in Daytona Beach, Florida.

PRESENT

In 2025, Dr. Gandhi moved to Winter Garden with her husband and their maltipoo puppy, Blaze (named after their first date at Blaze Pizza). She is excited to provide exceptional dental care to the Horizon West Area. She prioritizes open and honest communication and a commitment to making every appointment a positive experience.

She is a big fan of Disney movies and all things Harry Potter (of course she's taken the House Quiz many times to find out she's a Ravenclaw). Outside the office, cooking is one of her favorite pastimes - she loves to try new recipes or whip up some fancy cocktails. She is a huge foodie and loves to travel and explore the cultures and cuisines of new cities. Traveling inspires her, both personally and professionally, and reminds her of the importance of making people smile—wherever they are in the world.

FUTURE

Dr. Gandhi is passionate about educating her patients and explaining their dental needs. Her honesty and dedication to doing what's best for her patients are central to her practice and she looks forward to bringing that to the Horizon West area. Her passion for dentistry drives her to stay current with the latest technologies and integrate them into the care she provides. Whether you're new to the area or just looking for a friendly face to take care of your smile, she'd love to welcome you to our dental family.
